Navigating Adulthood

Young adulthood is a tricky time when individuals might feel like they are sandwiched between adolescence and true adulthood. There are many choices, decisions, and expectations encountered that can feel overwhelming and have high stakes. Sometimes young adults feel stuck and unsure of what they should study, do for work, or how to navigate important new relationships.

I work with young adults to help them better understand themselves and what they hope to seek out of life so they can feel more prepared and confident in their ability to enter adulthood. Some areas of focus can include adjustment to college or a new job, beginning or ending important relationships, or just figuring out the next step.
