Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, work stress, chronic medical conditions, or healing from trauma, having support from a professional may be helpful.

Why seek therapy?

Sometimes, we as individuals are unsure of what we are thinking or feeling. Sometimes we act in ways that surprise us. Many times, strong emotions are hidden away and it is hard to understand what is at the root of our concerns. Using a relational psychodynamic perspective, our work will concentrate on developing a better sense of who you are by delving deeper into past experiences, current concerns, and future hopes. With newfound self-awareness, you can learn to identify and manage internal emotions, in addition to life’s external ups and downs.

What’s next?

We will begin with a clear individualized assessment process where we can collaboratively determine your goals and the appropriate frequency for therapy.
